1. You may not use the word "FREE" in any of your advertising methods. This is a very serious "deceptive" practice that will not be tolerated. Visitors will be charged a fee for sevices attached to your dialer.

2. You may not advertise the dialer through the use of Spam (i.e.. newsgroups, email). If you are caught, your account will be terminated without pay. If you discover others using our program in this manner, please contact us and they will be dealt with accordingly. There are many ways to get traffic to your site, & we would be happy to help you find legitimate ways to advertise your site without the use of Unsolicited Commercial E-mail.

3. You may not force any visitor into downloading your software. If you have any questions concerning this don't hesitate to e-mail us asking about it.

4. Do not hotlink our banners. Please right click on them, save them to your computer, then upload them to your own server.

5. You must me 18 or older to participate in this affiliate program. By filling out the submission form, you signify you are 18 years of age or older & are in accordance with all state, local & international laws concerning legal adult age.
